Combs Family Gold Wings Foundation

The Combs Family Gold Wings Foundation (“Foundation”) is a 501(c)(3) registered, tax exempt, private
family charity. The mission of the Foundation is to provide scholarship grants to deserving high school
seniors who demonstrate academic excellence, athleticism and community engagement. No goods or
services are provided by the Foundation in return for contributions. Contributions are tax deductible to
the fullest extent allowed by law. You should retain a receipt for tax purposes. Registration documents
